Fun Speech Contest-Stage Order

• Schedule:

1. Contest: Jun. 7^th
2. Time: Form 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
3. Location: Concert Hall, 2nd floor, library

• Check-in: Please bring your student ID to the Concert Hall on the day of the contest between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Evaluation:

1. Mandarin Learning and Education Center will ask several professional teachers to evaluate.
2. We will ring the bell at the 4th minute, ring the bell twice at the 6th minute. The bell will continue ringing after the 7th minute.
3. The duration of your speech limited to 4 min to 6 min 59sec. We will not deduct points if your speech is 6 min to 6 min 59 sec. If your speech is more than 7 min, we will deduct one point.

4. Evaluation standard is as followed:

5. Popularity Award：Students who come to watch the contest (including the participants, the judges and the workers from CLC excluded) will vote.

• Copyright：The contest will be recorded, and all contestants must agree to being recorded. The recordings mat be published on the website of the General Education Center and the Mandarin Learning and Education Center. 
• Notice:

1. All contestants must follow the regulation; General Education Center has the right to cancel the right of the contestant if any violation happened.
2. The contest will follow the epidemic regulation of NTOU and the CECC. If there is any disaster of other major causes, the General Education Center has the right to cancel the contest. The cancellation will be announced on the website of General Education Center.
3. The award can be vacancy if the contestants don’t meet the standard of the contest.
4. Mandarin Learning and Education Center DO NOT offer any fee or stage properties for the contestants. You may use the projector of the concert hall to display video, photo, or recordings. Please bring your own file and let us know whether you need the projector or not when you register in the contest.
