National Taiwan Ocean University Mandarin Learning and Education Center

The formal TOCFL Listening and Reading CAT test will be administered on November 9 (Sat.) , and TOCFL Speaking, Writing formal tests will be administered on November 10 (Sun.).

The registration period is from September 23 to October 15. Non-native speakers of Chinese are welcomed to participate the test. The test seats are limited, don’t miss the chance! If there are no seats available on November 9 (Sat.), the registration on November 10 (Sun.) will be open.

TOCFL regulations will undergo major changes:

1. Test-takers should upload a headshot before proceeding with registration.
2. It is strictly forbidden to bring any metal or electronic devices, including coins, keys, jewelry, etc.
3. Photocopies, student IDs, health insurance cards, driver's licenses, and other alternatives will not be accepted.
4. Any discrepancy between the registration information and that on the test-taker’s passport or ARC, will result in revocation of test registration.

※If there are still places available in the Taiwan TOCFL testing sessions after the normal registration deadline has passed, extended registration for the formal test will be open from 9:30am on Oct. 16 (Wed.) to 3:00pm on Oct. 18 (Fri.). During the extended registration period, only credit card payments will be accepted, no discounts will be available, and an additional NT$300 processing fee will be charged.
