šŸ“… Course Period

  • Admission Letter Period : June 23 – August 29, 2025
  • Language Class Dates :
    • Session One: šŸ“š July 7 (Mon) – August 1 (Fri)
    • Session Two: šŸ“š August 4 (Mon) – August 29 (Fri)

āœ… Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years or older with at least a high school diploma and hold any legal visa for staying in Taiwan, including:

  1. Mandarin language learners
  2. NTOU international students and exchange students
  3. Overseas Taiwanese returnees and new immigrants
  4. Foreign residents with legal status in Taiwan

šŸ“š Program Content

  • 15 hours per week including intensive mandarin instruction and cultural activities
  • Each session lasts 4 weeks and ends with a final assessment; class levels may be adjusted based on results

šŸ’° Tuition

  • NTD 10,000 per session ( covers tuition for the 15-hour weekly language course,  cultural activity fees not included)
  • Discounts:
    • Returning students: 10% off
    • NTOU students and staff: 10% off with valid ID

Important Notes :

  • Classes require a minimum of 4 students; private 1-on-1 sessions available if not met
  • Visa applicants must register at least 1 month before class begins
  • Late applications may be accepted depending on availability, but visa processing time is your responsibility

  • 50 minutes instruction + 10 minutes break per hour

  • Students with 75% attendance and a final score of 70+ will receive a Certificate of Completion and Study Hours Proof
  • Students with 75% attendance but score below 70 will receive a Study Hours Proof only
  • Students exceeding the maximum allowed absences will not receive any certificate

  • Comprehensive Mandarin : Theme-based instruction with practical Taiwanese expressions and cross-cultural elements
  • Cultural Courses : Explore Chinese culture, customs, and festivals
  • Outdoor Activities : Visits to Keelung, Heping Island, Jiufen, Shifen, Maokong, and more
